Questions worth asking

Do you run payroll or file my taxes?
No. We work out what an hour costs and export the hours your payroll provider needs. Every rate we show is an estimate with its source and the date it was checked, and we tell you to confirm it with your accountant.
Where do the tax rates come from?
Published federal and state rates, each carrying a source and a verified date. Your unemployment rate and your workers compensation rate are specific to you, so you enter your own. The seeded figures are a starting point, not a quote.
Is it priced per person?
No, per business. A per-seat price would cost an eleven-person crew more than the whole stack this replaces. Seasonal staff who are not working, and your clients in the portal, are free and unlimited.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. The account goes read-only, your export stays available, and one tap turns it back on with everything where you left it. The trial runs sixty days, which is long enough to price a whole book and watch a month land.
